GCSE Year 10 and 11 musicians enjoyed an inspiring performance of the set work ‘Defying Gravity’ from the musical ‘Wicked’ at The Palace Theatre in Manchester.  Fantastic performances by ‘Glinda’ and ‘Elphaba’, who told the magical tale of the Land of Oz before the Wizard of Oz.  It was a wonderful opportunity for students to hear the work in context in preparation for their written examination in the summer.Wicked
