Election of Parent Governor Representative
As the number of nominations (3) exceeds the number of vacancies (1), a ballot will be necessary. Only eligible parents, that is any parent or person having parental responsibility for, or who has care of, a registered student at the school at the time of the election, are permitted to vote.
You are now able to cast your vote online via the school website. You will be asked to enter your full name and your relationship to a registered child. However, these details will be stored entirely separate to the voting data.
To cast your vote please select the name of the candidate that you wish to vote for from the available drop down list. You are only permitted to submit your vote once.
If you wish to vote using a paper ballot, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and the necessary documents will be issued to you via your child.
All votes must be submitted by Monday 14th November 2016, no later than 9 a.m. The votes will be sorted and counted in my office at 9.30 a.m. on Monday 14th November 2016. Candidates are invited to attend the count if they wish.
