Hello Year 6.

I hope you enjoyed the Video Tour of Sale Grammar School! Now it is time for your first Transition Activity!

Please download the ‘Moving Up to High School Passport'. This is for you to complete between now and September.  The passport contains different activities to help you prepare for high school whilst reflecting on the time you have spent at primary school. Work through the different sections in your own time.  Your Form Tutor will collect your passport on the first day of school in September and will be very interested to read about what you have written. 

The second document you should download is the 'Activity Booklet' this is a guide to help you complete the passport.  You do not need to complete the activities in this booklet just read it.

You can choose to either print off the passport or create your own version using materials at home (try and keep to the same sections).
