Cashless Dining

We are pleased to announce that Sale Grammar School has installed a cashless catering system. The new system allows us to provide a more efficient and ultimately better quality of service.

The new system incorporates the latest technology and eliminates the need to carry cash throughout the day thus reducing the risk of loss. It is also biometric so there is no need to carry a card as the system will recognise the fingerprint of your child at the tills and balance points.

Many schools use this kind of system including a number in Trafford.

Any amount of money can be paid into your child's account, with the money spent on food and drink deducted on a daily basis.

We have two methods of payment options available to you. Online payments using ParentPay or PayPoint payments at your local convenience store.

Students are able to check the balance of their accounts by going to student services where a remote balance station is available.

There is a daily ‘spend limit' programmed into the system of £4.00, which can be increased or decreased for an individual student by making a written request to the school Finance Office.

If you have mislayed or have not received a ParentPay registration letter, or are experiencing difficulties with the system, click here.
