Dance Mat Competition

Dear Parents/Carer,

I am pleased to inform you that your daughter has been selected to represent the school at the Trafford Dance Mat Dance Off Competition at George Carnall Leisure Centre, Davyhulme on Wednesday 30th June 2010.

The pupils will leave school at 11.30pm and return at 3.15pm with the competition scheduled to start at 12.00pm. I will be transporting and supervising the pupils to and from the event on the school mini bus. The squad will meet at the gym changing rooms at 11.05pm to get changed and will leave at 11.30pm. All pupils need to bring tracksuit and trainers for the journey, and their usual indoor PE kit to perform in. Pupils also need to bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink as they will miss lunch at school.
