ESAA Athletics - Leverhulme

Dear Parents/Carer,

I am pleased to inform you that your son/daughter has been selected to represent the school in the English Schools Track & Field Cup Regional Match, at the Leverhulme Athletics stadium, Bolton on Wednesday 19th May 2010.

The pupils will be travelling to the competition by coach, leaving school at 10.00am. The championships are scheduled to start at 11.00am and finish at 3.30pm-4.00pm. Pupils will meet at the sportshall at 9.45am to get changed into their PE kit and therefore will miss period 2, period 3, period 4, registration and period 5. It is advisable to bring some food and drink for the trip and also a warm top and tracksuit bottoms to wear during the day (spikes can be worn for the race). Parents are welcome to watch and are encouraged to provide transport home or back to school after the event. A coach will be provided for the return journey.
