GCSE & A Level Exhibition

As a specialist Visual Arts school, we are always seeking opportunities to promote the fantastic body of work produced by our students.

In June 2010 the efforts of our GCSE, AS and A2 level students were exhibited prior to our Awards Evening commencing. The art work on display was a true testament to the skilled artistic students that our school encourages.

Having been greeted by Sale Grammar School's Gifted and Talented musicians, parents, students, members of the local community and Sale Grammar staff alike admired the quality of work on display.

"I am genuinely in awe at the quality of this exhibition. I have visited many post A level institutions and I can say that this is some of the finest work that I have seen." - Member of the community

Hundreds of people turned up to enjoy the outstanding array of talent on show, ranging from textile pieces to large scale observational studies, and miniature sculptures.

Head of Art, Mrs Brook, said of the celebration, "Creative, original and high quality work was once again in evidence at our annual GCSE and A Level exhibition. This exhibition was the culmination of two years hard work by our talented students. The students are to be congratulated on a stunning exhibition."
