Gifted and Talented
How are students identified?
In Year 7 students are identified as Gifted and Talented through their primary school data. In Years 8-13 students are nominated by staff as Gifted and Talented and this data is then analysed. Students who achieve 3 or more nominations will be put onto the school's Gifted and Talented register. As the register is annually reviewed it does mean that students can be added to the register or removed depending on changing nominations. Changes are monitored by staff but parents are welcome to contact the school if they have any concerns.
