Softball Festival

Dear Parents/Guardian,

I am writing to inform you that your son/daughter has been selected to assist in the organisation and management of a Year 6 Softball Festival at Timperley Sports Club on Friday 19th March 2010.

I will be leading the festival, with support from a Softball Specialist employed by Softball UK. Your son/daughter will be taking an active role in leading the activities, keeping the scores and organising the festival. The festival is scheduled to start at 1.00pm. The pupils will meet at the sportshall to get changed at 12.10pm prompt and therefore miss period 4, lunch, registration and period 5. All pupils need to arrive to school in full school uniform, complete with a packed lunch, tracksuit and trainers, and their usual PE kit. The pupils will be travelling to and from the event on a coach.
