Sound of Music - Palace Theatre

Dear Parent/Carer,

As you are aware, all students in Years 7 and 8 are invited to perform in this year's school musical of The Sound of Music and in support of this performance we would very much like them see the production when it comes to the Palace Theatre in Manchester on Monday 11th January.

We will be travelling to the theatre with Carsville Coaches and we will be leaving the school at 6.00pm in time for the 7.00pm performance. The production has an approximate running time of 2 hours and 45 minutes and we expect to arrive back at school by approximately 10.30pm, where staff will wait with students until they are collected by a parent or legal guardian.

The school is therefore asking for a voluntary contribution of £19.71 to cover the costs involved. These costs include theatre tickets, travel to and from the theatre and insurance.
