Trafford Schools Climbing Competition

Dear Parents/Carer,

I am pleased to inform you that your daughter has been selected to represent Sale Grammar at the Trafford Schools Climbing Competition to be held at the Chill Factor on Tuesday 29th June 2010.

The pupils will leave school at 8.45am with the competition scheduled to start at 9.30am. I will be transporting and supervising the pupils to and from the event on the school mini bus.The competition will finish at 12.30pm and therefore pupils will miss periods 1, 2, 3 and 4. The team are advised to bring plenty to drink and something to eat as they will miss break time. Pupils will be back in school for lunch. The team will meet at the gym changing rooms at 8.40am to get changed and will leave at 8.45am. All pupils need to bring their full indoor PE kit along with a tracksuit and trainers.

In order for pupils to participate in this competition and miss periods 1, 2, 3 and period 4, they must complete the request form by obtaining permission from the class teacher of the subject they will miss and their Head of Year.
