Year 7 Active Learning Week has been an opportunity for students to learn in a practical way.  The Rainforest Roadshow is always a favourite with guests in the form of a spider from South America, a snake and a silk moth.  Students visited Manchester Art Gallery and Quarry Bank Mill as well as participating in a range of different workshops: felt making, lazer cut cityscapes, digital music compositions, Horrible Histories, petanque, microbits.  Our Drama guest James Coutsavlis delivered an inspiring workshop on Shakespeare but by far the most popular workshop was Perfect Pizza.  Fantastic work everyone.
