What are the main duties and responsibilities? 

To work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to learn about relevant aspects of safeguarding 

To use research to develop accessible training resources for students, staff and parent/ carers 

To build confidence to be able to support in the delivery of safeguarding training to students in all Key stages

What personal qualities are needed? 

Willing to listen and consider alternative perspectives 

Interested in students across our school community 

Willing to commit a form time/ lunch time across at least two half terms
