Student Council

What are the main duties and responsibilities? 

• Teamwork and being able to work with students

  from different years, staff and governors.  ​

• Communication on multiple levels – whole

  school through attending meetings and

  delivering in assemblies, reporting back to year

  group on the outcome of meetings ​

• Gather and represent the thoughts of many

  people, taking them back to the school council

  meeting.  ​

• Make decisions on behalf of others about school

  life ​

• Lead and support projects within school  ​
